At minizooberlin, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify.

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our Berlin warehouse without damage.

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
